How to Improve Your Health Quickly. When I was younger I believed that I had to wait “until I’m 25” to actually get everything done. Also, my career was meant to be my full-time focus for the foreseeable future.
Now 31, after spending six of my 10 years working in an office, I decided to ditch the 9 to 5 and get more down to business on the weekends. Over the past two years, I have cut down to working 6 days a week. The more I work, the stronger I get.
This has not been an easy change to make — it is far from. I have found that my overconfidence has made me push the boundaries of my boundaries to be successful. Working from home has made me more time efficient than ever before.
While it still presents challenges, it provides me with a platform to help educate others on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
This Saturday I am hosting my first virtual conference event. I am one of those people who wants to help others and though a platform like this may not come in handy right now, I hope my message could be of benefit to others.
Time isn’t meaningless. To be successful you need to have time. Our society judges success by how quickly we achieve it. But sometimes time is a friend we don’t have at all. I am one of those people who tells myself that I am blessed to live in an era where I can choose the path that gives me the most control.
The world is a chaotic place and constant change can be daunting. So, when I am unsure of my next move, I look for a better option that allows me to have control over my life.
Of course, a healthy life means several aspects to consider. You need a food plan to think about healthy meals, which then lead to quality sleep, which then helps with mental wellbeing.
As someone who has spent much of my life sedentary and not leaving the house for a week, I would advise people to work out what is necessary to be active all day.
Then ask: how can I make that choice? The reason for my heavy reliance on walking and to-do lists to keep me busy has been because I have found that I’m happier when I’m doing something active.
I spend about a million hours in the day browsing Instagram, but if I am that type of person who gets lost in looking at the screen all day, my productivity will suffer.
At this stage of my journey it has been important to not have goals that you need to achieve in 3 months or 6 months. My goals have always been small — both goals are by their nature small — that way I can feel like I am doing something.
Once I have these smaller goals, I can narrow down my life and then set priorities. No matter the goal I choose, I am going to do it to the best of my ability, that means there will be some setbacks, but I’m doing my best to bring things back into line.
Even as a 33-year-old working from home, at a young age (I am 23 years younger than my brother) I am already in my 60s — when I reached this age I gave up wearing hats or skirts.
I really like the idea of making an effort to be as healthy as I possibly can when I’m older, but also if I’m still supporting myself, I want to make sure I’m doing something productive.
If you decide to make an effort to cook and eat healthy, plan meals for the week, start building a healthy time-management routine, and set a daily reminder to yourself to be active.
How to Improve Your Health Quickly. To look your best, we recommend providing your face wash regularly. Buy a good one, if you still carry as few hand sanitizers as possible, because bacteria can be present in shampoo or moisturizers you use with it.
When you wash your hands with soap and water for hours, it will take its toll on your skin. If you wear moisturizers in natural hand products, you might come across skin problems. For better health, buy a good lotion, which is easy to apply. Apply two teaspoons to your hands one at a time, the more the better!
Don’t neglect your hair. Your face is only skin, but when your hair is looking good and healthy, it feels good. To avoid more rashes and problems, apply a decent amount of moisturizer. You can also put a small amount to your scalp, lightly massage it, and let it dry.
Eyebrows are all over town right now. It’s easy to neglect your eyebrows, but it’s still okay. Even though you go to the salon once a month, there’s always something up your sleeves. A while back, I found the classic but gray brow pencil on Etsy and am going to use it!
Frowners are the best part of your face and this is when all the makeup we put on actually does some good. Eyebrows, if groomed properly, can get bigger, fill in any gaps, be highlighted and can get rid of excess dark circles.
To get fuller eyebrows on you, pluck a small amount and pull them in a horizontal motion. Tap the pulled hair and peel it back with a small fist, just like you’re doing the hair you already have.
Natural makeup is not just for swirly butterflies or lubed-up celebrity skin—natural face care is for everyone and is more affordable than you can imagine. I don’t think many of us have the energy to spend $400 on cream and cover it all over our faces with pretty concealer.
If you’re looking for skin care that’s totally portable and doesn’t leave a matte look all over your face, this one from Naturally has wonderful nourishing formulas that will make you feel good—wearing makeup all day long.
Wash off your makeup and try these waters, they’ll refill with water and give you hydration. They can also stay in your system for longer than normal shampoo will, so they’ll be consistently replenished.
Some research says the water in naturally is better than the water used to make it in a lab, but still, the profit is not worth it to cook your face with the synthetic chemical found in other products. If you want natural, hush! Don’t need that, like “natural” means your hair doesn’t need it.
